ModuleX’s products were used when “hotel koé tokyo”, a facility where food, culture and accommodation can be enjoyed, opened in Shibuya in February 2018.

“hotel koé tokyo" is a 3-floor hotel with bread & dining, event space and hotel reception on the 1st floor, apparel and fashion shops on the 2nd floor and hotel rooms on the 3rd floor.
In a facility where each floors has different uses, we provided lighting design tailored to the function and purpose of each floor.


For the 1st to 2nd floors, ModuleX’s MUSEUM series track light which are highly adaptable to changes were used in our lighting design so that various kind of events can be accommodated.
The guest rooms on the 3rd floor is a fine and modern space with a design concept of Japanese “Tea Room”. To avoid hindrance with the space concept, the smallest lighting fixture of ModuleX was used. The interior design is emphasized by the lighting effect, without the presence of lighting fixtures being felt.
